Shipping Policy

COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT:

The good news is we are still open for business and making some changes to how we can operate to focus on the safety of our employees and all of our awesome customers! We have placed additional steps for sensitization of the facility and hygiene practices include social distancing protocols for our staff.

NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we have noticed that USPS are experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time. Please note that delays might occur with your order so we recommend to wait patiently for up to 5 business days for Tracking to update once you have received a Tracking email. You may contact your local USPS or delivery person for updates in regards to regular mailing services.

We will update if there are any news regarding the current situation. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse center for dispatch within 1-5 working days after the order is placed. It may be delayed if there is a holiday.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse center to the destination.

Shipping description:

  1. Order Processing Time: 1-3 days ( Processing time will be longer in holidays)
  2. Delivery Time: 7-10 business days.

There are many factors that can cause your product to be delayed, such as holidays, bad weather, strikes and wars.

Change shipping address

Change of address is allowed no later than 2 hours after placing an order. You can contact us at contact@Dogose.com to make a change of address.

My package gets lost

Please contact Customer Service to inform us that you did not receive the package. After we will contact the courier company to check if the package is lost, we will refund your money or resend the items.

Customs & Duties

For most of the countries, you do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax). If you have ordered multiple items from us, it is very likely that these items will be shipped in multiple packages. Because we will try our best to reduce your costs so that you don’t have to pay high taxes for your items.
