RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item if it is unused and brand new condition within 30 days of receiving the item. You will be responsible for paying for shipping for returning item if you are not happy with the purchase. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is defective, we will pay for shipping for you to return the item.

If the product is defective or does not work properly, please kindly let us know. For the fastest resolution, please contact us via contact@Dogose.com. Please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will send you replacements as soon as we confirmed the situation if the item is defective. You do not need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future.

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise the package we mail to you will be returned to us.

REFUND AND RETURN PROCESS STEP:

1.Please contact contact@dogose.com and provide the order number.

2.If the product has not been shipped, you will receive a refund after review by the customer service. If the product has been shipped, sorry, no refund is available for the time being. If the product has been received, please provide the product picture to contact@dogose.com. If no problem, customer service will provide the corresponding delivery address.

3. Dogose will process the order within 1-3 working days after receiving the goods, after confirming that there is no problem. Refund to the corresponding account within 5-10 working days.
